Vanilla Shakeology Recipes

Your vanilla Shakeology recipes don’t have to be plain and simple. You can spice things up a bit by adding spices, fruits, nuts, etc. The ideas on what you can create are limitless. You only need to keep track of your calories for that fitness program you are doing.

Now calculating your own calories and nutrition facts can be a little confusing. I remember the first time I tried to do that, I ended up eating a 350-calorie meal instead of a 200. That was a rough week.

Anyways I don’t want that to happen to you so I have created list of many recipes you can try. Each one has all of the nutrition facts you need to know. And as an extra bonus I’ve added a few Vanilla Shakeology food recipes.

So whether or not you create your own recipes, or use the already created recipes, the choice is yours as long as you always remember to calculate calories. And if you haven’t already, buy a few other flavors of Shakeology like Chocolate or Strawberry to make things even more interesting.

Vanilla Shakeology Shake Recipes: Under 200 calories

Recipe #1: Vanilla Chai

1 serving of Vanilla Shakeology

1 cup brewed Chai Tea (completely cooled)

1 tsp. raw honey

1 pinch allspice

Vanilla Shakeology Treat Recipes:

Recipe #1: Vanilla Energy Treats

1½ scoops vanilla Shakeology

½ cup old fashioned oats

½ cup almond flour

1/3 cup almond milk

¼ cup almond butter

¼ cup sliced almonds

Mix the first three ingredients into a medium bowl. Add milk and butter to the mixture. Roll into balls and coat with almonds.

Recipe #2: PB and Banana Ice Cream

1 cup almond milk

2 medium frozen banana (cut into chunks)

2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter

2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology

Blend all ingredients into a blender for about 40 seconds (starting power low and slowly increasing it). Pour mixture into a glass bowl, cover and let freeze for 4 hours. Make sure that you stir the ice cream every 30 minutes.

Recipe #3: Super Berry Pops

½ cup fresh raspberries

1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

1-1/2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology

Blend all ingredients into a blender until smooth. Place mixture into 8 popsicle molds and freeze for about 4 hours, or until set.

 

Calories: 45 per pop

 

Recipe #4: Vanilla-Cinnamon Chia Pudding

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 Tbsp. honey

1 ½ scoops vanilla Shakeology

3 cups unsweetened almond milk

6 Tbsp. chia seeds

Blend first 4 ingredients into a blender. Mix until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl add chia seeds and mix. Cover and place in fridge for at least 4 hours. Mixing at the two-hour mark.

Recipe #5: Vanilla Yogurt Bowl

1 cup plain yogurt

1 scoop vanilla Shakeology

1 tsp. sliced almonds

½ medium chopped banana

4 medium chopped strawberries

Mix yogurt and vanilla Shakeology in two medium serving bowls. Evenly distribute the almonds, bananas, and strawberries between the two bowls.

 

Calories: 159

Now after trying all of these recipes you will have no excuse for getting sick of the same flavor everyday.
