What is Insanity?

Insanity is a high intensity workout that goes for 60 days 6 out of the 7 days of the week. Each lesson is 45-60 minutes each day, with 3-5 minutes of high intensity work and then 30 seconds of a breather. Just enough time to take a few deep breaths and get right back into it.

With the Insanity program people loose around 1,000 calories per hour. And by the end of the program they have better endurance and an amazing looking body to go with it. Don’t worry, a six pack is also guaranteed.

Who is Insanity Made for?

People who end up choosing to do Insanity over any of the other programs out there, are people who have the time to be committed. Insanity is more of a cardio program that targets weight loss. You do gain some muscles but that is not what this program focuses on.

Normally beginners don’t jump right into Insanity they do a less intense program first. Most start with a program called Focus T25, which is created more for beginners. So people who do Insanity have had some previous experience.
