Focus T25 Workout Schedule

Video workout programs can be confusing at times. You have to remember which video to put in next, which one you did the previous day etc. But that’s why they give you a paper schedule to check off the days, right? So you don’t have to remember on your own. Well that piece of paper is just asking to be crammed anywhere you think you’ll remember it. And if you have kids it is bound to be torn, spilt on, or trashed.

Needless to say a piece of paper is worthless and will be lost or tossed within the first week. So what do you do after that? Well an electronic schedule is the best answer for that, they last the longest and is very kid proof. So that is just what you will find in this article, you no longer have to wake up 1 hour earlier just to find that little piece of paper you set out last night. I have put together a Focus T25 workout schedule for the T25 workout video, and it is in electronic form so save this tab and always have it on hand.

Month 1: Alpha Cycle

To start this Focus T25 Calendar we need to start with the Alpha Phase. The Alpha Phase is the base of the T25 video program. This phase slowly develops throughout the weeks until you finally get near to the end. After this phase you will start to notice that your endurance level will have increased. You will have also lost some weight, however it’s not until after the Beta phase that you really notice dramatic visible changes to your body.

Day 2:Focus T-25 Speed 1.0

Day 3: Focus T25 Total Body Circuit

Day 4: Focus T25 Ab Intervals

Day 5: Focus T25 Lower Focus & T25 Cardio

Day 6: Rest and Stretch (You can either do the program 6 days a week and give your body one day to rest. Or you can give yourself two days to rest. The choice is yours, just make sure you follow it for the rest of the weeks in the cycle.)

Day 7: Rest and Stretch (The weekend is meant for resting and stretching)

Day 9:Focus T25 Total Body Circuit

Day 10:Focus T25 Speed 1.0

Day 11: Focus T25 Cardio

Month 2: Beta Cycle

The next section of this Focus T25 Calendar is the Beta Phase. In this second month of the T25 Workout video program you will learn 5 new 25-minute workout sessions. Each of these new workouts will be harder than the first months workouts. However like before mentioned, after completing the Alpha phase you should already be noticing how your body’s fitness level has gone up. So this phase will be more intense than the Alpha Cycle, however your body will be up for the challenge and you should run through it smoothly.

Day 3: Focus T25 Workout Rip’T Circuit

Day 6: Rest and Stretch (Just like in the Alpha Cycle you can either do the program six days a week and give your body one day to rest. Or you can give yourself two days to rest. The choice is yours, just make sure you follow it for the rest of the weeks.)

Month 3: Gamma Cycle

Finally the last section of the Focus T25 Calendar is the Gamma Phase. If you plan to continue on with other workout programs like Insanity or P90X. Or if you want just one more month of the T25 workout video program, it is advised you do this Gamma section.

In the Gamma phase you will find 4 new workouts that you have not done yet. Each one of the workouts will push your body to its max and give you even better results than you wanted. Keep in mind that this part of the program is extra and if you wish to continue with it you will be going longer than the initial 60 days.
