Focus T25 Meal Plan

Calculating your own calories can be tiring and just a waste of time. Some people give up the whole idea of eating healthy just because of that simple reason. Even some meal plans, which are suppose to do everything for you, will still make you calculate your own calorie intake. I mean what is the point then?! Well Shaun T, along with Beachbody, have not created the T25 Meal Plan to be anything like that. The T-25 eating plan already has the calculations counted for you. All you need to do is look at the meals then pick and choose the ones that sound interesting to you. It’s pretty straightforward.

But wait it gets even better…

Every meal in the Focus T25 diet plan is only made up of 5 ingredients and take about 5 minutes to prepare. The T25 diet plan is all about being quick, just like the workout program. It is focused more on the people who don’t have much time in their lives to workout out for a hour and then spend another hour cooking. I no on really has that much time to spare anymore.

What is all included?

Before you get started planning out which meals you are going to make with the T25 meal plan, here is a quick 4-step calorie quiz that you can find in the food guide. I have an image of it below. Doing this quiz will give you a general idea of how many calories you should be eating each day.

The Focus T25 eating plan also comes with a suggested calorie intake guide for each meal. After you have completed the quiz, you can use this guide to figure out the best way you should be splitting up your calories throughout your day. If you find yourself still hungry even after eating the amount of calories suggested, you might find yourself in the advanced section. Being advanced means that you are already somewhat fit and you’re not a beginner.

It is a general rule of thumb that women in good shape should be eating about 1900 calories everyday. And men who are also in good shape should be eating about 2100 calories everyday. So if you have to you can add a few more calories to your meals in the T25 diet plan.

What can you all customize?

The T25 food guide is very customizable. There is really nothing set in stone, the book just gives you the guidelines and then you follow what you can. Depending on whether you need to loose a lot of body fat, or you only what to shave off a few pounds. This Beachbody Nutrition plan categories each of the meals, so that you can have a diet that will actually support exactly what your goals are.

The Focus T25 diet plan labels the meals as ‘P’ or ‘C’ meals, the book will explain what those letters stand for. Then like mentioned before, it also gives you suggest snack ideas for your normal morning and after noon snacks. They are not required but it’s up to you whether or not you want to have them. The book also splits up the snack recipes into two different categories for you to choose depending on your goal.

Now just because you only want to shave off a few pounds does not mean you can’t still eat the meals that go under the “loose a lot of pounds category.” It’s totally up to you what you choose; the meal categories are only there to help you get the best results as quickly as possible.

It also helps with muscle reproduction, so not only do you loose fat and calories but you gain muscles. This again is natural, made with no sweeteners or preservatives. Even though this supplement will keep you awake during the day it is not made with any caffeine. However if you end up not working out as hard as you started, you can take half of the amount indicated. This supplement only costs $43.90 when you buy it on Amazon.

What Does a Week of the T25 Meal Plan Look Like?

After you have looked at all of the recipes and know which group you are in for the calorie intake, you should make a plan. My plan was created right away and I only did one week at a time. I found out that when I planned for one week I was able to buy all my groceries Friday night and they were still fresh when the next Friday came. Planning out your week, or even month, will make following and staying with the meal plan a lot easier.

However if I were to show you what my next week of meals looked like you would notice I don’t have any of the same meals from the previous week. So I change them up every week, this is so that I don’t get bored of any of these amazing recipes. This example below was one of my weeks for the eating plan. I don’t make a different meal everyday, but I do switch things up every few days. You can really put any meal wherever you want and can have a meal as many times a week that you want; it’s totally up to you. Here is my own example of week 2 of the T25 diet Plan.

What is a T25 Nutrition Plan Recipe?

Here is an example of a 5-ingredient, 5-minute prep recipe that will be inside you T25 Get it Done Nutrition Guide.

Italian Scramble:


  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 5 Fresh Basil Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • ½ Medium Tomato, Chopped
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray


  1. Combine eggs, egg whites, and cheese in a medium bowl.
  2. Heat medium skillet lightly coated with spray over medium-lowheat.
  3. Add egg mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes, or untileggs are set.
  4. Top eggs with basil and tomato.

This list of 25 foods can be found in your Focus T-25 Nutrition Plan. It is recommend that you always have some of these ingredients in your fridge for when you need a quick snack or something a little extra with one of your meals. All of these food items are healthy and can be added to either one of the meal categories. What I did was every week choose seven of the listed food items. Then the next week I would choose seven different food items. So again I switched things up so I would not get tired of the same meals every week.
