Beta Cycle: Focus T25 Speed 2.0

For this Focus T25 Speed 2.0 exercise there is no equipment that you will need. Shaun T doesn’t start the video with a proper warm up like all of the other videos. So you will need to do your own simple warm up. This can simply be the progressional jog that is used in other T25 videos like this one: Focus T25 Total Body Workout. Or you can choose to do something else. Now this video is a little different then any of the other ones that you have done so far. Shaun T breaks it up into rounds and levels. The whole video has a total of 2 rounds and a combination of 6 levels (3 + 3).

He starts Round 1/Level 1 with: Out + Out turn, quick feet up + back, Slow Alternating knees, slow Mountain Climber, Jab out, low Switch Kick, Speed + Agility, Up + Over.

With 20:30 minutes left on the clock, Round1/Level 2 begins. Level 2 consist of the same exercises that were in Level 1. However what makes it harder is the intensity and speed.

At 18:00 you do Level 3, again same exercises that were in Levels 1 & 2.

Finally you get to the 16:50 mark and you start Round 2/Level 1. This consist of low Cross Jacks, Standing Crunches, Hop Hop and Squat, Single Leg Speed Knee L + R legs, Jack uppercut, Zigzag hop, “X” lunge speed time.

Now once you get to the 12:00-minute point Round 2/Level 2 starts. Level 2 also has the exercises that are in Level 1. And at the 9:00-minute mark you do Level 3, same as the first two levels. Remember that Level 2 is faster than Level 1, and the same goes for Level 3 and 2. So don’t be surprised if you need a break, considering Shaun T doesn’t give you one.

The 7:50 mark is here and you do a quick 30-second jog recovery. Then you go to the top starting with Round 1 exercises, and do all of the exercises again, but only once. At 4:50 you do that again, start from Round 1, however only a faster count.

To start the 2:00 minute countdown you get to do a quick 0:30 second jog recovery. And one last time start with Round 1/Level 2 exercises and continue with Round 2/Level 2 exercises. All of these exercises will be compressed into only 1:20 minutes, so the fastest you done them yet. Finally 0:10 seconds left you jog it out. After that very intense workout you MUST do the cool down. Don’t skip it or do something Shaun T doesn’t tell you to do.
