Alpha Cycle: Focus T25 Total Body Circuit

For the Alpha Cycle Focus T25 Total Body Circuit workout in this program you will not need any equipment. This workout will be using your body weight instead of physical weights. For the warm up of this video you will be doing some progression running. That is basically where you start with some slow high knees, then turn that into a slow jog, and finally you turn that into a high knee jog. The warm up will take you about 2:00 minutes and you have 23:00 more to go.

The next part of the workout is to do some jumps, this is not just jumping up and down. But you will be going backwards, forwards and side to side while you are acting like you are jump roping. It’s actually quite tiring especially after he tells you to stay on your toes. After that you will be more jumping exercises/turning, jumping/punching, etc. Then you go into different types of push-ups. There, now you’re at the 19:00 minute mark and its time to do some lunges. Once you have finished those you will get into my favorite part, jabs! Sadly this portion only last for 2:00 minutes.

With 15:00 minutes down you get into the plank section. Do not be alarmed when you come to some moves that you might not be able to do as a beginner. You can always modify the exercise into something a little simpler that you can do. Even though your legs are probably burning you still have to do a few more squat and sprint exercises. 11:00 minute point! For the next 1:30 you will be in the position of a down dog but you will be walking and hopping all over.

Next are… yes you guessed it… more squats! Shaun T is really into the squats for this workout video. After those, next on the agenda is a few more push-ups. By this time you will be getting to the 5:20 point and you will be doing the first and only burnout that is in this workout. So be ready, because during the next 4:00 minutes you won’t be getting any breaks.

Now you are finally at the 1:00 minute point! This is where you get to basically shake out your whole body while still doing a slow jog. After you have finished that you can start your cool down that comes with the video. Because this was a full body workout the cool down is going to be longer because you really need to make sure you stretch out everything.
