For this Focus T25 Speed 1.0 workout you will again not need any equipment. To start this video you will do a warm up that takes you through some quick jogging and hopping, along with some speed training. That warm up last for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Now before we get too far into this video I want to tell you that this workout video is somewhat like a music video. Its just one long dance that has no pauses in it. So that means that Shaun T won’t be giving you any breaks. However that does not mean you can’t take a break or two when you really need one.
To start you will again be jogging it out, then transitioning into some of the dance moves. He uses normal exercise but puts a beat with them and makes you feel like you are dancing. So this first dance/exercises you will do in Up + Overs, and Quad Stretches. Shaun T does throw in a few stretch moves randomly in the video. So I would advise that you try to get a drink in while your stretching. After those dance moves you get to do some wonderful burpees!
So now we are at the 20:00 point. We start to get into some Jumps/Punches, Lunges, Crossjacks, Squats, and finally Hip Flexors. Again you will find a few random stretches in this section too. Now 3:00 more minutes have past and you go into more legwork. Your legs will definitely be feeling like jello by the end of this session. But its still not over yet so for the next 5:00 minutes get ready to do a mixture between jumps, squats, and stretches.
At the 9:25 minutes mark you come to the first and only burnout of this video. The difference with this burnout from all the others is that it carries you all the way until the end of the video. So to start this 9:00 minute burnout you will do burpees, of coarse. And then you will be doing more jumping. Yay! He also adds in a few quick jab exercises as well.
Now with these next few exercise try not to trip over your feet, because Shaun T adds in different variations of crisscross hops. Finally you have made it to the 1:00 minute point, where you are left with some stretches and stability work. These basically consist of you doing different variations of the down dog. Next is finally your cool down and your done! The cool down for this section is the same as the cardio cool down.
